Get Technology Support
Get help connecting to campus WiFi, accessing MyUNLV and WebCampus, and using other campus technology.
Get Started at UNLV
First, activate your ACE account with a password. Bring your device you set up to get a MFA notification to log into campus computers, email, MyUNLV, WebCampus, and other services.
Download the free Okta Verify app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for multifactor authentication. When signing into campus services with your ACE account, bring your device to get a MFA notification to complete login.
Your Rebelmail Google Workspace email account (@unlv.nevada.edu) is automatically created. Check it often for official campus communication.
RebelCard is your official UNLV ID. It gives you access to certain buildings and computer labs. Add RebelCash to pay Grubhub orders, campus vending machines, parking, and other services.
eduroam is the fast, secure campus WiFi network at UNLV and participating institutions. Set up your devices to automatically connect to eduroam for 12 months using your ACE account to log in.
Check your class schedule and waitlist status for courses in MyUNLV, logging in with your ACE account. You can also pay tuition and fees online in MyUNLV.
Download the free UNLV Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for campus news, maps, and more. Get safety alerts and resources from the RebelSAFE app.
Buy a computer to suit your academic needs though the Personal Computer Purchasing Program. Get computer discounts, free shipping, or other incentives when you buy through the university’s program.
Take advantage of great services and products you gain access to for free or at discounted rates with your Rebelmail account.
Learning Technology
The technology loan program allows students to borrow a laptop for a semester to support their learning. Pell Grant recipients and other students may be eligible for the federal government’s discounted internet service. Qualified library customers can get a personal WiFi card at a participating Library District branch for free Cox internet access until June 30, 2024
WebCampus is where you find class materials, assignments, and announcements from your instructor, logging in with your ACE account. If your professor uses WebCampus, view the syllabus and confirm your Rebelmail email.
With your Rebelmail email, you have access to Google Drive to create, store, and share files with others for academic purposes. Google Workspace includes Chat, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
As a UNLV student, download Office 365 at no cost. Find discounted software to add to your personal computer for your studies, including Adobe Creative Cloud, SAS, and SPSS, or visit a computer lab to use software.
IT Resources
Schedule appointments with your advisor, contact the Office of the Registrar or Financial Aid, and submit documents or forms in the Rebel Success Hub, logging in with your ACE account.
Think before you click on links and attachments. Add antivirus software to your devices too. Learn more tips to protect yourself and UNLV against phishing scams and other cyberthreats. Use the LastPass password manager to store your passwords.
Students with disabilities can request accommodations for screen readers and other assistive technology from the Disability Resource Center.
